BOOKINGS
All bookings are considered binding, whether placed online, by telephone or email.

PURCHASE ORDERS
If your organisation requires a PO number on your invoice please email it to accounts@acmtraining.co.uk or post to Accounts, ACM Training, Crosshands, Coreley, Shropshire SY8 3AR.

PAYMENT
You can pay now by card or later by BACS or cheque. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference for BACS transfers and send your remittance advice to accounts@acmtraining.co.uk. Our bank account number and sort code appear at the bottom of our invoices. If you choose to pay by cheque please make sure you include your invoice number with your payment (you can even write it on the back of the cheque). Cheques should be made payable to “ACM Training” and sent to us at Accounts, ACM Training, Crosshands, Coreley, Shropshire SY8 3AR.

INVOICES & RECEIPTS
You will be sent an invoice (by email unless otherwise specified) whether you pay now or pay later. If you pay online the invoice will, of course, show a nil balance to reflect your payment and can be used as a receipt/proof of purchase if, for example, you’re paying for your own place and can reclaim the cost later from your employer.

DISCOUNTS
We offer discounts in three ways:

  1. Multiple purchases. You automatically get 5% off if you book two places on the same order. That rises to 10% for three places, 15% for four, 20% for five, up to a maximum of 25% for six or more.
  2. Some of our workshops and books are placed on special offer and will have a “sale” tag next to them along with the usual price and the sale price.
  3. We also issue coupons. If you have a coupon apply it at the checkout. Please note that coupons can only be used for one booking unless otherwise specified, can be used in conjunction with multiple bookings to increase the discount still further but can not be used on sale items.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Life’s complicated and sometimes plans have to change. We understand that so you can:

  • Send a substitute delegate for no extra cost. All we ask is that you let them and us know as soon as possible (and ideally the night before at the very latest) so we can make them feel welcome.
  • Change your booking to a future date subject to a £25 re-booking fee if you let us know by email at least 21 days before the original booking date. If you haven’t paid your invoice when you make the change it remains payable on the original due date.
  • Change your booking to a future date subject to a £100 re-booking fee if you let us know fewer than 21 days but more than seven before the date you were originally scheduled to attend. Again, if you haven’t paid your invoice when you make the change it remains payable on the original due date.

Please note that you will forfeit your place if you cancel fewer than seven days before a workshop or simply don’t turn up (a no show) and any balance outstanding remains payable in full.

Life’s sometimes complicated for us too, so If ACM Training needs to cancel a booking you can:

  • Request a full refund.
  • Change your booking to another workshop, date or venue of your choice without any re-booking fees.

Very occasionally we have to change a venue from the one advertised. We always try to find an alternative within walking distance of the original location but where this is not possible and the new venue is more 5 miles from the original you can:

  •  Change your booking to another workshop, date or venue of your choice without any re-booking fees.

Please note that ACM Training will not be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of any changes.

OVERSEAS BOOKINGS
We welcome delegates from outside the UK on our open, public workshops. But please note that places must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless by prior arrangement. We are also delighted to deliver our workshops for you in-house anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quote.
